The first few days of summer certainly have their appeal. You can sleep in, stay up late and, if your parents let you, veg-out and watch entirely too much TV. You might hang around in your pjs until noon and have a sleepover on a Wednesday. After all, it’s no longer a school night. But after the first few weeks of summer slip by, something surprising happens—boredom starts to set in.
