Transition! Hawaii has been serving the Department of Education for the past 3 years. Transition! Hawaii is the only publication that is distributed to every public high school in the State of Hawai‘i and is used as part of course curriculum in many schools.
Transition! Hawaii works closely with it's partners to create publications for students preparing for college and/or entering the work force. Transition! Hawaii recently connected with key partners in the education and business community, and recently connected with key partners in the education and business community. Our work is closely aligned with CTE and DOE initiatives to ensure continuity in the classroom. Additionally, our Executive Partners and Corporate Sponsors will ensure that this connection remains intact and viable.
Our readers rely on our publication to bring relevance to the class room. They have come to appreciate our education and career minded articles and resources. Throughout our pages, students not only learn about colleges and careers, they explore the different options that are available to them.
